In the first hour of 10/22/75 @ Fenway Park, just over 4 hrs into perhaps the greatest of World Series games, Carlton Fisk used Bosox teammate Rick Burleson's bat to hit a 12th-inning HR to win Gm 6, 7-6 vs the Reds. The image of Fisk cajoling the ball fair might be the greatest of replays. "I knew when I hit it that it would be either a foul or a homer. I thought it was going to hook around the pole, but it hit the pole," said Fisk. Cincinnati won Gm 7 & the WS 4-3 in 10/22/75's final hour.
