5.40pm So, that's a wrap from Antigua. No doubt in Hope's words where the blame for that defeat lies, but the pressure on West Indies was superbly applied by a captain's knock to be very, very proud of. From Miller, Vish and Ranjith, good night!
9,27pm Time for the presentations. Unsurprisingly, Liam Livingstone is Player of the Match: "End of summer felt I was getting back at my best, maturing a little and knowing my game... I'm enjoying my cricket and if I'm enjoying my cricket, I usually play well. Proud day today. Take some risks early on, wind was strong, got myself going, set it up for the end, that was how me and Sammy were playing. He played beautifully, clever to know it was a no-ball second ball and hit it for six."
"We needed somebody in our top six to go on and get us get a big score. Salty batted beautifully, put the pressure on them. We were sloppy on the field but our bowlers did well, took wickets throughout. Difficult with the wind. We have got a lot of young guys learning the ropes in international cricket, this will do them a world of good. Back in the series, looking forward to Barbados, we will rest up and try to win the series."
Shai Hope: "Personally I thought it was a decent score, especially with the conditions, the outfield was heavy, the surface was up and down, but it was not enough.
On his hundred: "It's irrelevant, if it doesn't contribute to wins, it does not matter.
"We need to be more disciplined, in the first game we showed that when he hit our straps, things happen. We thought we had clear plans, but we did not execute our plans well today. We gave them a lot of easy options to score and when you play international cricket, the guys will capitalise and that's what happened. The guys played really well, Keacy got another big score, he has put a lot of work behind the scenes, Sherfane has got four back-to-back fifties in a row now, and Hetmyer with a nice cameo."
5.13pm Well, what a chase that was! It's the seventh chase in a row on this ground, but the stiffest yet, as Liam Livingstone answers the call, and the critics, with a simply wonderful hundred. He was aided by Sam Curran's mature run-a-ball 52, and by Phil Salt's impetus at the top, but the gumption the captain showed to ride out the early challenge, settle in for the long haul and bring it home with a sublime acceleration was something else. West Indies thought they'd done enough through their own captain's knock, with Shai Hope making 117. But suddenly it's all to play for in the decider in Barbados!
Paul Muchmore notes that Livingstone's 0-52 came in 60 balls, 52-100 in 17 balls!
Matthew Forde impressed once again with three wickets, but England's taking-down of Gudakesh Motie, who endured his most expensive ODI, was the key.
Smiffy: "Really pleased for Liam Livingstone. He's always had a lot of talent but not always made the best of it."
