Two Luke McGrath tries in the opening quarter set the platform for Leinster to return to the PRO12 summit in a 45-9 win over Scarlets, with Ireland's Joey Carbery adding a brace from fullback.
After Dan Jones had kicked Scarlets to an early lead with a penalty, Leinster responded through McGrath, who touched down 10 minutes in. The scrum-half barged his way over having taken the ball off the back of a scrum, with Ross Byrne converting.
Jones brought Scarlets back to within a point with a penalty on the quarter hour, before McGrath pounced for his second try. With Jones looking to clear the pressure on the Welsh side, McGrath blocked his kick before gathering and touching down. Jones replied with a penalty to leave just three between them at the break, at 12-9.
The second-half saw the floodgates open as Rhys Ruddock crossed over nine minutes after the restart. Joey Carbery added a brace and replacement front row Ed Byrne, returning from a 28 month lay-off added Leinster's sixth before the hour mark. Jamison Gibson-Park added a seventh in injury-time to complete the rout.
