The football season is taking an early toll on the health of some teams more than others. The Miami Dolphins are one of those struggling with injuries, and a week with only four days between games doesn't help. They have four players already ruled out for Thursday night's game and 10 others listed as questionable. Still, thankfully, it doesn't appear there will be many surprises for fantasy owners when setting early lineups.

Miami Dolphins
Jarvis Landry (shoulder; questionable) and DeVante Parker (hamstring; questionable), wide receivers
Miami did not conduct practice on Monday and held only walk-throughs on Tuesday and Wednesday. The practice injury reports are thus an estimation of a player’s participation if there had been a regular practice.
Parker was listed as a full participant each day, not surprisingly, given that he has been active in the past two games. Last week, Parker was a limited participant daily, so this week's practice projections represent an improvement. Even if he is not quite 100 percent healthy, his ability to get through the first two games without a setback and his upgraded status reflect his progress.
Landry, however, was listed as a "did not practice" on Tuesday because of his shoulder. He was upgraded to a limited practice Wednesday and Thursday, an encouraging sign, even if just a projection.
Both players are expected to play Thursday night.
Reshad Jones (knee; questionable), safety
Although this space focuses primarily on key offensive fantasy players, occasionally there is an individual defensive player who rates so highly in IDP leagues that he earns a mention here. Jones comes into tonight's game as questionable with a knee injury. It can't be particularly serious because Jones was able to play through the Cleveland game. He was also involved in practice daily this week, albeit on a limited basis. He is expected to play Thursday night, but fantasy owners will want to check pregame inactives to be sure.
Arian Foster (hamstring; out), running back
Coach Adam Gase made it apparent early in the week that the team had no intention of rushing Foster back. Although the injury was deemed minor when it happened, Foster's history of multiple soft tissue injuries makes the cautious approach a very sensible one. Foster is not yet practicing with the team and will sit this one out.
Jordan Cameron (concussion; out), tight end
It is not surprising that Cameron was ruled out in advance of the game, as he has been dealing with a concussion suffered in Week 3. With only four days between games, it was unlikely he would have enough time to be ready. Cameron's concussion history potentially complicates the picture.
Cincinnati Bengals
Tyler Eifert (ankle; doubtful), tight end
Eifert continues to progress in his recovery from ankle surgery. Two weeks ago, he returned to limited practice with his teammates and repeated the effort this week.
Still, there remains work for Eifert to do before returning to NFL competition. The doubtful tag indicates the team expects him to miss this game, but coach Marvin Lewis indicated Week 5 remains a possibility.
