Below are my power ratings for all 68 teams in the 2019 NCAA tournament.
The numbers show how many points better (or worse) each school is compared to an average-rated school, and the difference between the ratings for two teams is what I would make the spread in a matchup on a neutral court.
With Zion Williamson back, the Duke Blue Devils barely edge out the Gonzaga Bulldogs for the top spot on my power ranks.
Happy handicapping and good luck during March Madness.
