That's it from us today. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. Both teams will have a three-day rest before they switch gears and switch to red ball, which will be the first Test in India in nine years. Do stay tuned to read Valkerie's match report and Sruthi's piece from the Wankhede. For now, I am signing off on behalf of the Valkerie, Sruthi, Sudeep Poojar and K Vairavan. Take care and good night!
Knight, England captain: " Good learning, decided to rest some players and give others an opportunity. Crowd was noisy. Having that composure would be a great learning for youngsters. Shreyanka bowled really well. We didn't quite apply ourselves well enough. Felt it was the best option to bat first. 140 would been a good score. Probably little bit short for bowlers to defend. Lot of positives, we did well to put the pressure back on them and also learnt a lot about some of our younger players."
Sciver-Brunt is the Player of the Series: "Really happy to perform in the first two games. Had to rest today. Was a special game of cricket that was enjoyable for the fans. It was tricky, slightly slower and less consistent than the first T20I. India played well and made it difficult. [On what she needs to improve] I would probably work on my tempo and committing to shots, knowing when to consolidate and go big. I have been working on these two. There's always going to be a different situation, adaptability is important. Whatever the team needs, I am up for it. "
Shreyanka is the Player of the Match: "Very happy because it's the first time I am getting a three-for. My coach and parents are watching. Love to continue the performance. The experience I got in WPL and with India A was crucial. Happy to be chipping in. It's a huge experience for me to be bowling in tandem with Deepti, she is backing me, coming and having a chat on and off the field. Looking forward to the journey. I enjoyed all three wickets. As a bowler, you always look to take wickets, hard to pick one as best."
Harmanpreet, India captain: "Well, if I talk about all games, we improved day by day, We needed a game plan. the more we play, the better we will be. Wicket was a bit tricky, we just wanted to hang in there and do what is required. Some balls were turning, some were going straight. sometimes you just keep thinking about that. Those things play a big role when you are batting. As a batting group, we wanted to pick the balls, the left-right combination also played a big role for us."
Mandhana: "First two matches didn't go the way we wanted. We knew that this win will be important going into the Test despite losing the series. Back to back games little tough on the body. Would have been pleased had I finished the game but glad I could contribute. I think we bowled pretty well, toward the end, they got 10-20 runs extra. We always knew the second innings will be difficult. We had to apply ourselves in the chase. When I got out, definitely it's easier to watch than bat in there. But the way Amanjot played, really proud, the kind of composure she showed, it's what we look at in the dressing room."
10.09pm: Amanjaot comes and hits two fours straightaway to ease the pressure and help India seal the five-wicket victory, a consolation victory. England complete the series 2-1. Chasing 127, India lost Shafali early. But Mandhana and Rodrigues played a 57-run stand to keep India safe. Mandhana fell two short of fifty and a few wickets from Kemp and Ecclestone did slow down India. But Amanjot's cameo ensure India finished the series with a win. Earlier, Knight's fifty lifted England from 76 for 8 to 126 all out. India struck early Renuka. Just when Jones and Knight were looking for a big stand, Ishaque and Patil fought back with three wickets each to keep them silent. Amanjot, who replaced Vastrakar, picked up two wickets at the end to finish things off for India.
