That will mean NZ will lead by 174/3 and the last 7 will need to atleast double the lead if not double the score. Morne showed NZ batsmen it can be done. There will no excuses for NZ not to do it now. "

Dave: "With all due respect to Morkel, batting must be pretty easy when a number XI can whack 40 off the new ball. No excuses now for NZ, they just have to perform with the bat."

Caleb: "Seeing how easy that last wicket was, how did NZ let that partnership last so long? Morkel was not even close to blocking that straight one. Good start to the day for NZ, but poor overall for sure - very disappointing bowling display."
