It's also a surprise to me that he doesn't get to bat higher up the order, never mind the otherwise explosive line-up that England has. He is someone who will do better when gets a bit to time to settle down than when he is asked to swing from the word go. If you have to extract the best out of him, give him 12-15 overs to bat at least."
