12:15pm Another largely insipid batting display by West Indies. They opted to bat first, but got off to a woeful start, losing Dottin, Matthews and Joseph inside the first five overs. Campbelle and Henry then mounted a rear-guard action, with Henry also getting to her fifty. But both fell in quick succession and that triggered the second collapse of the innings, with the visitors only managing 162.

India were brilliant with the ball too, take nothing away from them. Renuka set the ball rolling, and got it to hoop around corners. Deepti then came into her own through the middle overs, breaking the crucial Campbelle-Henry partnership and then waltzing her way to her second six-wicket haul in women's ODIs. India will be fairly happy at this stage and will fancy their chances of getting this done quickly.

Chinelle Henry: I went out there a bit earlier than expected. It was really tough out there. There was moisture and the ball was seaming around. Had a conversation with my partner (Campbelle) to stick it out and try to get some sort of a total on the board. Whatever decision the team makes at the toss, we are confident about it. It has been a rough ODI series for us. We have to come back, as a team, and do a lot of assessment and be ready for the next tour. Whatever the captain, the coach, the team management decides, we have faith. We have to go out there as a bowling unit and now do our best. (On playing off the back foot) Their bowlers, particularly the spinners, bowl slower so you had more time. About assessing the pitch, the bowlers and you just go from there. (On her batting) About time now I am starting to show my potential with the bat. Coming into the team, that is what I needed to do and I tried to do that well.

Renuka Singh to Mangru, OUT, that will be that! Renuka finishes with four, and West Indies have been bundled out for 162 inside 39 overs! This is full outside off, enticing the drive. Mangru takes up that challenge but cannot keep her drive down. The ball perhaps held just enough and Mangru popped it straight to Rodrigues at extra cover. Another soft dismissal and that sums up this West Indies innings!

Renuka Singh to Ramharack, 2 runs, length on the pads. Ramharack tucks it off her pads towards deep square leg. Has to scamper back for the second and gets her bat stuck in the turf just outside her crease while coming back for the second. Lucky that India could not capitalize

Sharma to Munisar, OUT, through her completely, and Deepti has six! This is fizzed in full on middle and leg. Munisar wants to work to leg but tries to play it too square, which is often terminal against a ball that full. The ball sneaks under her bat and thuds into middle stump. Deepti is delighted; West Indies, on the brink of being bowled out!
