All other New Zealand batsmen contributed, with at least a six as well. New Zealand finished with 17 sixes and a score they will be pleased with. But this total is ideally suited to West Indies' approach, so let's wait and see how they react.

And to think of it, Colin Munro nearly chose to turn freelance after not being picked for the Champions Trophy last year.
