50 | 15 Runs | IND: 303/6 | RR: 6.06

  • Virat Kohli160 (159b)
  • Bhuvneshwar Kumar16 (19b)
  • Kagiso Rabada10-1-54-1
  • Chris Morris9-0-45-1

5:14pm We're ready for the chase. Aiden Markram back to his natural position and will partner Amla at the top of the order. Bhuvneshwar has the new ball. Only one slip. There's a sweeper cover out.

4.45pm Wow, another Virat Kohli special in Cape Town and India make a score they will be very happy with. It seems well above par, although JP Duminy says 300 is par. That partnership between Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli put India on course, and then Kohli just carried on and on, he paced it so very well after wickets through that middle order, and ensured he stayed unbeaten. South Africa were good and bad, more bad in the first 20 overs though. But they came back well, they need to chase down 304 to stay alive for a win in the series. We'll be back soon for the chase.

Rabada to Kohli, FOUR, what a way to finish. A full delivery outside off, drilled through and past Rabada for four to mid-off. Carries India past 300. He finished unbeaten on 160 off 159, he has caught up with the balls and gone past it too. Awesome.
49.5
6
Rabada to Kohli, SIX, what a stunning shot. Back of a length around off, he somehow twirls his body to get into position and then brings out his bottom hand, boom, over midwicket. So easy

Rabada to Kumar, 1 run, a short delivery around off, pulled to deep square leg, 142 kph
49.4
1w
Rabada to Kumar, 1 wide, full and wide, outside the tramline this time, wide.
49.3
2
Rabada to Kumar, 2 runs, dug in short outside off, Bhuvneshwar pulls over mid-off for a couple. Not great timing. But they'll run what they can
49.2
0
Rabada to Kumar, no run, a slower ball inside the tramline, goes past Bhuvneshwar' swing. Dot.
49.1
1
Rabada to Kohli, 1 run, a short slower ball, pulled to deep midwicket. 150 for Virat Kohli

Six balls to come from Rabada, India 12 away from 300. I think they're above par already.
