A gem of a stat from Sampath: Bumrah averages more than Rahane since the start of the England series.

Elsewhere, the Winter Olympics starts in a month's time, and the lone Indian representing the country, Arif Khan, has already made history. Learn more here.

4.01pm: Superb show by South Africa's bowlers to shoot India out for 202 after losing the toss. India's familiar middle-order problem meant they had to rely on lower-order runs to push themselves forward. Superb innings from Rahul, and a great one by Ashwin too. For South Africa, the rookie Marco Jansen had an outstanding day: 4 for 31 in 17 overs, including the wickets of Agarwal and Rahul, the two form men for India. He also got Pant and Ashwin - a truly fantastic show. Rabada and Olivier split the other six wickets between them, with South Africa's bowling proving relentless.India have the attack to do the same, but can they? Hemant will take you through till stumps as they try.

Rabada to Mohammed Siraj, OUT, and that's that. Length ball going down leg, and Siraj looks to tickle it fine, can't get enough bat on it, and it only results in a catch to the keeper.

Jayesh Gandhi: "As usual the bowlers contributing for India but this time with the bat!"
