7.45pm: Brook is only the fourth centurion in the Hundred, after Will Jacks, Will Smeed and Tammy Beaumont, and his century is the quickest of the lot. A staggering innings: immesurable attacking intent from the outset, a combination of his England snub the Superchargers' desire for a big win and their early struggles giving him ultimate clarity of thought. There were some outrageous shots, not least those straight sixes... Abell will wonder if he should have brought Willey, Henry and Ferguson back sooner, leaving 15 balls unbowled between them. Second-highest score: Adam Hose's 15!
Greg: "That is just an astonishing innings from Brook. Astonishing. And the first non-Will to score a 100 in the men's Hundred"
Vishal Poojary: "That was absolute C-A-R-N-A-G-E.."
Donald Alexander: "Tell me again why Harry Brook isn't in WC ODI squad??"
Ryan: "This is Harry Brook's revenge hundred against England selectors!!!"
7.42pm: Wow! Brook has 105 out of Superchargers' 158. He walked in at 10 for 3! "None at all," he says, asked on Sky if he has any words to describe the feeling. "We had a lot of clarity going into this game. We knew we needed to score a lot of runs. That's the most clarity I've had going out to bat today. It looked tough at the start with the new ball. They had two world-class bowlers up front. The pitch seemed to get better after that. This ground is a high-scoring ground but I'm sure we can get a few early wickets. [Crowd?] Quite quiet at the start! Thankfully I geed them up a little bit."
