7:32pm Whew! Twenty runs off the last over. Twenty-two in the 16th. Both off Mpofu who ends his evening conceding 58 runs. Not a good day for him at all. But a very good one for Soumya Sarkar, who took him apart and also made a much-needed fifty. He's been up and down that order, mostly down in recent times in the absence of Saifuddin. But he's vaulted back to No. 3 and played a blinder to finish the innings. This after Liton picked off from where he left in the ODI series, and made his runs in usual pristine fashion. A fifty for him too and a very good score for Bangladesh after they were put in. That opening stand of 92 between Liton and Tamim took the match away from Zimbawe. Let's see if they can haul it back in the second-half.

NOYON ROY: "What is the highest total of Bangladesh in T20? And what is the largest margin to win by run by Bangladesh in T20? " -- They've breached 200 twice before in T20Is. And their biggest win, in terms of runs, is 71 runs against Ireland. It's also worth pointing out (as Mohammad Isam has just informed me) that their effort tonight was the most Bangladesh have scored in the last five overs of a T20I innings.
