9.09pm Colombo end on 198 for 7 then, as they took 61 runs off the final five overs. It was an innings that ebbed and flowed though after Colombo's rollicking start following the loss of a some early wickets. Sadeera Samarawickrama and Muhammed Waseem put on 78 off just 37 deliveries, but then three quick wickets - including a double-wicket over from Hasaranga - brought Kandy back into the game. Only 35 runs were scored from over 11-15, but Colombo, who bat deep, capitalised well on the Power Blast period - and the wayward Rajitha - to ensure an above par total. And they might have had more if not for Shanaka's excellent final over. We'll be back in a bit for the chase.
