Scorer: Binoy George | Commentator: Fidel Fernando @afidelf

So we now go into the qualifier/eliminator double next - both to be played on Wednesday, December 21. Jaffna Kings and Kandy Falcons play to decide who goes straight to the final. And then Colombo Stars an Galle Gladiators play to see who goes into the second eliminator.

Join us for those games. Until then, goodnight!

But although Aura have won this comfortably, the win was not commanding enough. They needed to win in 11.1 overs to make the qualifiers, but they are now knocked out of the tournament, and Gladiators go through to the eliminator with Colombo Stars.

Perhaps that is as it should be. Aura have been dismal in this tournament. Gladiators have probably been just a tad better.

Imad Wasim to Jayathilake, SIX, that's the win! That's struck beautifully, down the ground for six - a full ball on the stumps.

Imad Wasim to Madushanka, 1 leg bye, slower through the air, turning it away off middle stump.Takes the forearm I think and they get a leg bye

JOYDEEP GILL: "DBA conceded 40 runs in last 2 overs was the reason that aura are out of this tournament" That, and the fact that they have been very poor in the remainder of their group matches.
