2.18pm The commentators were saying 260-270 would be par here and look what Ireland have on the board! Firstly, South Africa will rue the chances they put down today even though two of those four were pretty tough. And Ireland cashed in on them and how! Balbirnie didn't find much scoring support early on but his century laden with boundaries meant Ireland were hovering around the 4.50 scoring rate mark almost all along, and when it looked like they would manage just the par score, Harry Tector and Dockrell put on a spectacular show for a combined 11 fours and is sixes. Rabada barely got any yorkers right today, the spinners did a good stifling job in the middle overs but the Ireland middle order feasted on the quicks in the end. Himanshu will be back with you for the chase...
Keshav Maharaj: Balbirnie batted really well and set things up nicely for Tector and Dockrell. Hopefully the batters can do the job for us now. The wicket was a little bit more stoppy and slower compared to the other one. It was nice to get a bit of stop in the wicket. I think it's a par score, we've seen how quick the outfield is, it's important to take the chase deep, and shows what wickets in hand does.
Nirmal : "Great finish, now they won't question Tector for some time, he is too young give some time to lad will be consistent as well."
