4.05pm We will have to wait for the chase as it's raining again. Having said that, it's quite windy out there, so here's hoping it blows away the clouds.

Monirul: "Are we losing overs??" -- Not yet. Another 40 minutes or so before we start losing any overs.

Salman Sherazi: "Hemant, with T20 World Cup shifting from India to UAE, do you see any changes in plans of the teams in terms of preparations?" -- Not really. The pitches though might be a bit on the slower side after the IPL and Round 1.

Join us for the chase in ten, as Hemant brings you West Indies' reply.

Abdul: "Failure of Kleasen and Miller costed SA at least 20-30 runs."

Xolamzi: "This will be a good test for SA. I like it. Many times before we usually go to these big tournaments playing well without being tested.....then we come unstuck on the actual tournament....This is a good opportunity for SA to try and defend a modest total"

3.53pm South Africa wouldn't be satisfied with their score, and would feel they are 15-20 runs short. But full credit to the West Indies bowlers, who kept a check throughout the middle overs with regular change of pace and yorkers. Allen's four overs cost just 18 and brought two wickets, and this is what he has to say after that performance: "Conditions are good, and I bowled decent. I tried to get early wickets and it worked. We have a long batting line-up and we are looking to chase it down."

1
McCoy to van der Dussen, 1 run, drives this full length ball on off to long-off, and South Africa indeed touch 160. Pollard's throw lands right on the bails on the striker's end, but Rabada's bat is down on time

McCoy to van der Dussen, no run, yorker a little wide of off. VDD tries to drive but is beaten
19.4
4
McCoy to van der Dussen, FOUR, misfield at fine leg and four. Fletcher the man there, who took it on the bounce to his right as VDD pulled this short ball on middle and leg
19.3
1b
McCoy to Rabada, 1 bye, slower ball on a good length and wide of off. Bowled at 92kph, and Rabada tried to pull too early and his bottom hand came off. But they quickly take a bye, as the keeper's throw misses the stumps at the striker's end

Sarah: "For all that was said before the game about windies' death bowling, thus isn't so bad "

19.2
1
McCoy to van der Dussen, 1 run, driven to extra cover off the bottom of the bat, as he goes down on a knee again but this ball was a lot fuller on off
19.1
6
McCoy to van der Dussen, SIX, swept for six to wide long-on, and that's his fifty. Goes down on one knee, and swings his bat to this ball in the slot on off. Bang!

Final over. Can South Africa touch 160?

4
Bravo to Rabada, FOUR, outside edge and that'll be four to third man. Rabada tries to drive this full ball outside off, but can only get an edge though it beats short third man to his left

1
Bravo to van der Dussen, 1 run, full ball on middle and off, steps across and taps to deep square leg

VDD to face the hat-trick ball after the batters crossed. We had Maharaj take a hat-trick in the Tests, will Bravo follow in the T20Is?

And there's some drizzle at the ground as well

18.3
W
Bravo to Linde, OUT, sliced to cover, and Bravo on a hat-trick. Another slower ball bowled full and wide of off, and Sinclair at point turns back and runs to cover to take a good catch. Linde went for the loft over cover, but only gets the lower part of the bat

GF Linde c Sinclair b Bravo 0 (2m 1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Here's Linde to try and push South Africa to a good score

18.2
W
Bravo to Miller, OUT, tries to crunch it, but it goes flat to long-off. Scrambled seam on a full length and a bit outside off, Miller swings his bat slightly away from his body but perhaps times it to well. Straight to Pollard, who couldn't have asked for anything better at the moment

DA Miller c Pollard b Bravo 9 (20m 11b 0x4 0x6) SR: 81.81

Bravo to Miller, no run, yorker bowled pretty wide of off. Miller drives, but misses out on that

Peanut: "I think this is a good Proteas lineup, they just need to figure out a proper batting order, bavima and Hendricks to open, rassie at 3, dekok, Miller, Klaasen at 456, great stuff. "

Just 36 from the last five overs for South Africa.

McCoy to van der Dussen, 2 runs, well fielded by Russell at fine leg. He runs to his left, and dives to keep that to two. It was a short of a length ball on middle and off, and VDD stepped across to pull but could manage only two

Sean Daniel: "Watching this Windies team play the brand of cricket they play no matter what lies ahead on their future with so much passion, is inspirational to all fans who feel let down by their respective teams. "
