Once he got out, it was a flurry of more wickets before Calvin Savage's superb death hitting ensured they got to a score they'd be quite happy with. Calvin Savage: "I did a lot of prep with power hitting knowing my role was going to be down towards the end. Today I came in earlier which helped me assess the conditions. I have worked on different techniques. I didn't think too much about the score, was just trying to keep it simple. I keep reminding myself to stay positive. Things don't go my way when I complicate it. Taking pace off wasn't easy, so hitting a hard length and taking pace off can work well. Bumpers too. Think we are just above par."
