END OF OVER:

  • Ottneil Baartman4-0-42-2
  • Sisanda Magala4-0-28-2

Capitals would be happy to end the innings at 216 for 6. Jacks was the star, falling for eight short of a hundred. Seven fours and eight sixes in a 46-ball mad-max knock helped them keep the tempo high. Sunrisers came back into the game - albeit briefly - when they took four quick wickets. But an 111-run partnership between Jacks and de Bruyn (42 off23) took the game away from them. Magala was their best bowler, picking up 2 for 28 runs. A few misfields from Sunrisers didn't help as well.

Can Sunrisers take revenge for the opening game loss and chase it down today? Stay tuned as my colleague Ekanth gets back to the hot seat.
