Edmond: "Super proud of Zim team and the tail end delivered - good score, not easy to chase. Quick wickets and it is a done deal. C'mon Chevrons, C'mon Zimbabwe"

GC: "@Aruna I am answered. The lower order batted really well. 55 runs in the last 5 overs is impressive even if it was the best batsmen. "

1.05pm Well the long-ish Zimbabwean tail wagged stupendously to push this total into commanding territory, after Sean Williams had laid the platform with a second consecutive ton (142) and his third of the tournament. Luke Jongwe was unbeaten on a 28-ball 43 in the end, the second highest total of the innings, as he strung together stands of 29 and 27 with Wellington Masakadza and Richard Ngarava following the fall of Williams in the death overs. Oman though will be kicking themselves after a sloppy effort in the field let down an otherwise disciplined bowling effort. The likes of Ervine, Raza and Williams were all dropped, while there were several missed run out opportunities not taken and easy runs given away. Fayyaz Butt had career best figures 4 for 79, but that will be little consolation, as Oman now will need a repeat performance of their batting effort in the warm-up game against the same opposition. This though is not a straightforward track to bat on, as their was some uneven bounce and stickiness in the surface. Shashwat will be back in a bit to take you through the chase!

Bilal Khan to Ngarava, no run, Swing and miss as this yorker slides past leg. The keeper chucks it at the stumps as the batters look to take the single, before changing their minds. Bilal eventually grabs a hold of it, and it ends in a dot. Zimbabwe finish on 332 for 7!

Bilal Khan to Jongwe, 2 runs, Oh dear, this is chaos from Oman! This was wide yorker that goes through to the keeper. The batters run it, but there's overthrows from this as well and they get two in the end - when really they should have got none!

Aruna: "Questions of Zimbabwe batting depth are answered "
