10.05am A lot of questions coming on whether Pakistan batted just for Rizwan's fifty, and I wish I had the answer. Apart from Multan, two other instances come to mind when teams had declared bravely, not caring about personal milestones: West Indies declared with Frank Worrell on 197 in 1959-60 and England declared with Graeme Hick on 98 in the Ashes in 1994-95. Any others?
