Batting last it still going to be a challenge, clearly. But they have got the deficit below 50 - better than the most-optimistic predictions this morning, I'd wager - and have the chance to put pressure on England in the third innings. Not many balls spun or stayed low during the morning session, which will encourage England when they begin their innings after the break, when conditions have tended to be more placid.
