10.55pm SKY collects the trophy and celebrates with his team-mates. That is that. Hope you enjoyed our coverage as much as we did bringing it to you. Until next time, this is Deivarayan Muthu signing off on the behalf of Ashish Pant and Thilak Ram. Goodbye and take it easy.

10.25pm India take the series 4-1. Arshdeep is mobbed by his team-mates. Jitesh and Rinku hug Arshdeep. He has successfully defended nine runs in the last over at a venue that can spook most bowlers. But Arshdeep is not most bowlers. He took an early pasting, but he bounced back to dismiss Wade for the first time in this series and seal victory for India.

SKY, India captain: Yeah, it was a good series from day one. Absolutely, we wanted to be fearless and enjoy ourselves when we were in the middle. So, very happy with that. I've seen many a game at Chinnaswamy, 160-175 can be a tricky total here.

Matthew Wade, Australia captain:  Yeah, I thought we bowled relatively well and kept them down to a total that should've been chased down. Pretty disappointing. There's always a temptation [to move up the order]; it was spoken about but looking forward to the World Cup. My job is to get us home in situations like tonight. It would've been nice to get the result, but we learn and I thought Ben McDermott bounced back, Behrendorff, Dwarshuis, Sangha made an impact in tough conditions.

Axar Patel is the Player of the Match while Ravi Bishnoi is the Player of the Series.

Bishnoi: The first match wasn't that great so I just wanted to execute my plans, which I did in the other games. My plan is simple - bowling stump to stump works, just short of length works, pitching it up can be hit. I wanted to be a typical legspinner by bringing the long-on up. South Africa will throw different pitches so but I'll try to attack there too.

Shreyas Iyer:  I'm elated to be honest to see everyone chipping in and contributing for the team. The shots, innovation has been on point and I could see Arshdeep's calmness when he was bowling the last over. My mindset was to boom boom, but when I saw three wickets falling, my mind started calculating. It wasn't an easy wicket to bat on. I feel 160 was the right total, which we got eventually. To defend it was a brilliant performance from the team.

Arshdeep Singh: I gave away too many runs but god gave me another chance and the support staff believed in me. To be honest, nothing was going in my mind. Surya bhai told me whatever happens will happen. Credit goes to our batters as well. It [the bowling performance] wasn't near par, according to the standards of the Indian team, but a lot of lessons learnt but I will come back from the mistakes.

Jay Deshpande: "Arshdeep deserves a lot of credit for finally maintaining his composure at the death. He just needs to work on his line and length a bit more, especially when there is no swing."

Sowmya : "Ravi Bishnoi should be the MoM as well as the MoS"

Aryaman : "Win Probability didn't see this coming."

Giri: "Impressive performance from Mukesh Kumar, will he be the POTM !"

Arshdeep Singh to Wade, OUT, Arshdeep has Wade holing out to long-on. Arshdeep attempts another yorker, marginally misses it, but it's still a decent delivery. Wade does not get enough elevation. Caught at Iyer in the deep

Arshdeep Singh to Wade, no run, Arshdeep ditches the yorker for the bouncer outside off, gets big on Wade who can't get the hook away. Should've been a wide, though, as the ball sails over his head

Australia need 10 off the final over. Can Wade win it for them? The pressure will be on Arshdeep who has conceded 37 in his three overs and has repeatedly missed his yorkers. He will operate from over the stumps

Mukesh Kumar to Wade, no run, looks for the scoop, expecting Mukesh to keep going for his yorkers. It's a good call. It's clever thinking under pressure. If he can get any kind of bat on it, its four. He doesn't make contact though.

Mukesh Kumar to Wade, 1 run, dropped by the fielder haring in from deep backward square leg. It's Gaikwad making great ground, but it is always falling short of him. It's to his credit that he actually reaches it. Low chance. Tough chance. Full toss on leg stump to produce such drama. Wade's sweep shot usually goes for six. He hit one in the semi-final of the T20 World Cup in 2021

Mukesh has the ball again and all the pressure.
