6:05pm: Thanks, Alan. What a spellbinding knock towards the end by Kamran Ghulam! He made sure Pakistan crossed the 300-run mark and played the situation, dismantling South Africa with his pyrotechnics. The fiery knock came at a critical juncture of the game as Babar and Rizwan were scoring at a slightly slower rate, leaving the power-hitting to the lower middle-order. Positivity and intent don't go unnoticed, and South Africa have plenty of firepower to chase this total down but they'll need to break the target into small sections. A target of 300 is no longer overwhelming in this era and a few well-paced partnerships will keep them on track. Pakistan have runs on the board and with Rizwan's attacking style of captaincy, he'll be hunting for wickets and expecting the bowlers to step up once again. South Africa, on the other hand, will rue their fielding lapses today; sloppy fielding is not ascribed to them as they've always been one of the top fielding sides. Today, however, they were slightly off-color but let's see if they have enough self-efficacy to keep the series alive Play will resume at 18:19

5.50pm: Well, it was all happening down the final straight, but Pakistan will take that - South Africa set 330 to stay alive in the series after a patchy display in the field. Babar Rizwan and Mohammad Rizwan laid the platform, then Kamran Ghulam showcased his ability as a finisher with a 25-ball fifty. Kwena Maphaka bowled smartly for 4 for 72 on debut, but SA dropped a number of chances as things got frantic at the death. Babar reckons Pakistan are content, although he says it's a "very good surface" and is wary of the ball coming on under floodlights. Will be SA's third-highest chase if they can pull it off. Rvel will be back for more shortly

Maphaka to Naseem Shah, 1 wide, OUT, slower ball down leg, Naseem realises it's a wide, sends Abrar back - but he won't make it! Maphaka stays cool to take the relay from Klaasen and break the stumps. So Pakistan will get the wide, but not the extra ball. Bowled out with one to spare
