9:49pm Bangladesh have fallen 33 short of what Litton said they wanted at the toss. But while this seems a better track for batting (as compared to the ones at the T20 World Cup), there is enough in the surface to keep the bowlers interested. Soumya and Shamim did much of the heavy lifting for Bangladesh, ticking along at healthy strike-rates. Jaker and Mahedi also got twenties, although their strike-rate was an issue.
For the hosts, Hosein set the tone early and bowled his four overs on the trot - three of those in the powerplay, which accounted for two batters. McCoy also came back well towards the end, with Joseph and Chase doing their bits at different junctures. West Indies will fancy this run-chase and we will be back in a few minutes to see how they go.
Obed McCoy: It is a great feeling. As a youngster, I was dreaming of playing in front of my home crowd. I am proud, really proud. I want to give thanks for the support. It was a bit of nerves (in the first over) but I was telling myself that it is not about how you start, rather about how you finish. I have played against him (Soumya), I know how he plays and wanted to bowl pace-off and slower balls.
Rishad to face what should be the last ball of the innings. Bangladesh a maximum away from breaching the 150-run mark. McCoy goes around the wicket
