10.38 pm As if getting stuck with Cartwright bowling the last over wasn't bad enough, the target has been significantly adjusted for the Stars on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern Method to make it 130 to win off 10 overs. The traditional thinking is that chasing in a rain-shortened match is preferred but it has backfired spectacularly in multiple ways for the Stars on this occasion, first with the bowler availability and now with 14 runs added to the Heat total.

Josh: "Am I the only one who thinks 130 is very gettable: It's only 13 an over with 10 wickets in hand and a very capable batting line up??"

Maxwell to Gregory, SIX, dropped over the rope for six! It was darted in flat and full on middle and leg, Gregory goes for the slog sweep and drills it flat to cow corner. The man on the rope runs to his right to get in position and leaps up, gets a hand to it but it bursts through to land over the rope. It was the sub fielder Tommy O'Connell.
