6.08pm So after a flurry of early wickets, the Strikers have fought their way back to a competitive, if not exactly imposing total. This was largely thanks to Jake Weatherall who struck a fiery 56 off 32, before late cameos Ben Manenti and Henry Thornton got the Strikers past 150. Aaron Hardie and Cooper Connolly were the pick of the bowlers with two apiece, while Hardie also accounted for the vital wicket of Matt Short. In the end it's not a total the Strikers would have been happy with at the start of the day, but they'll take it after their abysmal start. We'll be back with the Scorchers' response shortly!
