sumit: "defending champion only because they had power hitter in top aka brown" Doesn't change the fact that they're champions, ma' champion
Byron: "Judging by the comments that have been posted tonight, I'd say Ekanth is contractually obligated to post some of the comments, otherwise nothing would be posted at all." Tbf engagement has been good. A few meh stuff has been let go. But yeah, BBL gets good engagement. Must say again, they got the best Match Threads on Reddit too.
Kapil Baldawa : "How poorly did they bat, Heat and seriously need someone else other than Munro. Munro is done and Walter, well haven't seen people hit half volleys to fielders for dots 5 times in 6 balls. Any other good batter and Heat would have got 150+ easily " I think a good team would've gotten 160, maybe, but that would have needed hitting Sixers out of their lengths or, if ambitious, out of their plans. So much easier said than done
AB: "@Craig - wouldn't bother, Brisbane Heat are the worst-run BBL team by a fair margin. Scattered batting order, no power hitting at the top or in the final overs, wasted overseas slots and predictable fast bowlers that get smacked everywhere." Yeah, and yet they're defending champions...
7:53pm: Okay, there's no point sugarcoating it, but Sixers have dominated this so far. They should win this but the fact that Heat got to 138 gives them a chance to restrict the visitors. The bowling was surgically planned. Using extra bounce and sideways movement early on, Bird got some swing too. Hosein stayed around the wicket even to LHBs but that worked out eventually. You'd take 1-26. And Murphy got two important sticks. McSweeney was one of them, he was the best batter. He swam against the wave to take Heat past 100. Banton gave the team kick-off but they struggled after. Especially Munro. Walter finished it well.

raffi-paul: "CRAIG MAYBE YOU SHOULDA TAKEN HIM TO SEE A REAL CRICKET MATCHINSTEAD OF THE CHEAP IMMITATION" I know BBL has this serious non-serious thing going on, but mate, BBL IS REAL CRICKET, REST IS CHEAP IMMITATION!

Craig: "I have been cricket obsessed for years. My son-in-law has come to the ground tonight to watch his first ever match. Based on Brisbane's performance, doubt he'll be back." Maybe he can become a Sixers fan... or is that too much to ask?
Michael: "Hosiens bowling is so arrogant at times " Tell me more please...
