The Heat climb up to 6th on the table and Sixers slide to 3rd. The Sixers back up again tomorrow against the Strikers on the Gold Coast as part of another double header. Hope you can join us then.

Mark Steketee is Player of the Match for his career-best 4 for 33. Steketee: "I thought they started well. Jack Wildermuth bowled a great spell to pull it back. There's certainly been some hard truths. We still believe we're a very good cricket side. We'll have to back it up in a couple of days."

Heat win their second match of the season. They win by four wickets with 7 balls to spare. Outstanding effort from Gregory and Wildermuth. The Heat sacrificed the Bash Boost point to ensure they didn't lose clumps of wickets early in the chase and then lost them in the Power Surge but Gregory and Wildermuth did it with ease, hitting the gaps and minimising risk. The Sixers bowling and fielding was wayward at times which helped their cause.

Dwarshuis to Gregory, FOUR, glanced off the past short fine and it runs away! Too straight from Dwarshuis, he just worked it with ease with the angle and it was timed perfectly
