Mayank: There was help for shotmaking, it was easier than the last game. But having said that it's not very very easy with the new ball. We had a bad last game, so we were looking to get into good positions without having a target before going in. We did speak about it (the collapse), but not at length. Yes you want to reflect, but we made sure to reflect on the positives. Also the talk was that if a game like that happens early in the season, it's good, you get that away early. I think it's a good score, there isn't much dew, but also credit to the way Delhi bowled. I think they started bowling death right from the 13th over.

Jatin: "Either Delhi wins this by 6 wickets with a over to spare or loses by 70-80 runs. There's no in between."

Malli: "Delhi pulled it back very well even after going for runs in that last over. It's with the batsmen now to chase this down"

Varun: "Sandy - Pitch being batting friendly is one thing but the bowler feeding the batsmen with poor balls asking to be hit for sixes is another. Even the best of bowlers are hit for a lot of runs but you should make the batsmen work hard instead of feeding them with poor length balls. This is a controllable if you ask me, specially for a bowler of his caliber "

Arun: "I'm surprised why Mayank Agarwal is never discussed as a T20I prospect for India, while Sanju is in the conversation every year after one good innings."

RajatMaheshwari: "DC has pulled back things in the last 10. Hooda and SRK cameos have just made this score par! DC need a good start from their openers to set the base for Pant and Stoinis! Looks like PBKS has a edge at the half way mark!"

Abhishek: "I won't say overrated, but Rabada definitely seems out of sorts, usually when he is at his best. He is so aggressive, nostrils flaring and all. But past 2 weeks, he seems so content, smiling when a boundary is hit of his bowling. Never seen him like that. Guy used to be so aggressive in tha batter's face all the time. What ails Rabada?" --- These are tough times...

9.13pm High-fives from Delhi as they congregate before walking off. They've had a good second half, relative to the first. Mayank Agarwal and KL Rahul put up 122 inside 13 overs, and this could have been a lot worse for the Capitals.

Woakes to Hooda, 1 run, slower ball at a length, wide outside off. Steps out and reaches out. Comes off the cue end, trickles to Pant's right
19.5
1
Woakes to Shahrukh Khan, 1 run, slower ball, short of a length outside off. Slashes at that and gets an inside edge onto boot
19.4
6
Woakes to Shahrukh Khan, SIX, clears long-on! This is what he's paid for! Not great lengths from Woakes this over so far. This is in the slot outside off, he shuffles into line and hammers this over the fielder

Omkar: "Is it just me or are we actually seeing a non chirpy quiet version of pant after becoming captain. Good or bad thing ?"

19.3
4
Woakes to Shahrukh Khan, FOUR, overpitched and wide outside off, chucks the hands at that and gets a thick edge fine of short third

Woakes to Shahrukh Khan, no run, length and wide outside off, mistimed drive on the rise to extra cover

Woakes to Shahrukh Khan, FOUR, muscled! Short and wide outside off, reaches out and goes full throttle at this cut. Sweeper slides to the left and can't get to it

Sandy: "Imagine calling last years purple cap winner overrated because he went for runs on a batting friendly pitch " --- I think they're also alluding to his death bowling against RR the other night

Avesh Khan to Pooran, OUT, sliced to deep point. Low full toss wide outside off, reaches for it and can't get any leverage on it. Rabada takes a few strides to his left and holds onto that

Avesh Khan to Hooda, 1 leg bye, review for lbw now from DC. Slower ball at a length slanted in at off stump. Shuffles and looks to whip this behind square, caught on his back thigh. Might have shuffled outside the line....no it's umpire's call on that and also umpire's call on wickets. So he survives

Varun: "John - Absolutely agree with you. I commented the same thing but my comment wasn't published. Rabada is the most over rated bowler at the moment. Looking at the lengths that he has bowled in the last match and this match, it's poor to say the least. He couldn't execute a single Yorker, which says a lot for a bowler of his calibre"

Avesh Khan to Hooda, SIX, oh glorious. Overpitched just outside off and he drops to one knee and goes inside-out over extra cover, lovely shape on that

Rabada to Hooda, 1 run, slower short ball outside off, looks to blaze that over extra off the back foot. No pace to work with, rolls out to sweeper

Prinesh Govende: "May not seem like it, but Delhi have pulled it back here slightly. Don't see PBKS getting 200, and RCB got to 204, after being much further behind that PBKS at the 10 over mark..."

Woakes to Pooran, 1 run, oh another gorgeous cover drive, but can't beat extra cover. Full and just outside off, gets nice and low and has a free flowing swing at this

John: "Check recent form. Rabada is not the killer bowler he was a couple of years back. Best SA bowler at the moment is by far Nortje."
