9:14pm That innings ebbed and flowed quite a bit. At the start, DC were calling the shots and sent back three PBKS batters in the powerplay. Thereafter, though, it was the Prabhsimran Singh show. He took down the spinners and was severe on Mitchell Marsh in a 21-run over that probably changed the tide of the game. He got to his maiden IPL ton, and has ensured that PBKS have a very defendable total on the board. PBKS, though, would be ruing the lack of runs towards the end but would be happy with where they are, especially after the kind of powerplay they had.

DC, meanwhile, would be pleased with the way they started and ended the innings, although they were guilty of letting the game drift in the middle. That has meant they now have to chase 168, which will not be easy on a surface that has held up just a touch. Do join us in a bit for the run-chase!

Prabhsimran Singh: (On his innings) We lost a few wickets early, so I thought I will take a bit more time. That was what I was discussing with my partners and we were looking to capitalize on loose balls. I wanted to do well this season, and my team has backed me - this is the result of that. (On the pitch) The pitch is slightly tough for batting but it was a little easier for the set batter. (On his reaction after reaching hundred) This is my celebration in domestic cricket as well, so wanted to do that here as well. I was thanking the management (with my celebration). (On taking more risks against pacers) I thought it was easier to hit the pacers and they were in my slot, so, tried to convert it. (On the score) We were thinking 170, but we are close to it, so good total for us.

Ahmed to Sikandar Raza, 2 runs, safe! Banged into the track on off stump. Raza has a swipe at it and top-edges it badly. The ball, though, lands right between short fine leg and deep backward square leg, allowing a brace

Raza to face the final ball now. Can he finish off the innings with a boundary?

Ahmed to Shahrukh Khan, OUT, swing and a miss again! And Shahrukh is also run out at the bowler's end! Slower delivery on a back of a length outside off stump. Shahrukh swings like a rusty gate and does not make contact. Raza calls him through for a bye but Shahrukh is nowhere in the frame as Salt relays it to Khaleel, who takes off the bails at the bowler's end!
