Stats updates: First-ever instance of three 50-plus scores and three ducks in the same T20 innings.
DK has scored more runs in IPL 2024 than he did in IPL 2023.
This is the first time a bowler took a five-for and three batters got 50-plus runs in the same T20 innings.

9.29pm RCB score 66 in the last five overs to put up a score that would give their bowlers some hope. Three of their batters scored half-centuries but nobody else could touch double digits. Du Plessis was positive in his 40-ball 61 while both Patidar (50) and DK (53*) bossed the Mumbai bowlers. Had a couple of other batters clicked with even small cameos, RCB would've breached 200 easily.
But by Mumbai bowlers, I mean everyone except Jasprit Bumrah. He took 5 for 21 and had two hat-trick chances. Magnificent bowling from him, and that sends him to the top of the purple-cap leaderboard, sharing the summit on 10 wickets with Chahal. Don't forget Shreyas Gopal's 2-32 either.
