It was important for the KKR team to not lose momentum after both fell in quick succession, however the two Iyers and Russell continued to dominate. A score of 261 for 6 is massive and it could've been more had Rahul Chahar not provided some respite with a four-over spell that of 1-33. They were also poor in the field, especially early on, dropping three catching chances in the first seven overs.
