9.25pm This is a record IPL total at the Ekana Stadium as KKR bash 235 runs in 20 overs. They had 70 in the powerplay, a century inside nine overs, 140 inside 12 and 200 inside 18. Ramandeep then put the finishing touches with 35 in the last two overs to set LSG a target of 236.

Ramandeep's six-ball 25 aside, there were contributions from Salt (32), Raghuvanshi (32) and Shreyas (25). And of course, the maestro Sunil Narine's 81. He was equally proficient against spin and pace and he scored at a strike-rate of 208.

A forgettable evening for the LSG bowlers, except Ravi Bishnoi. His 1-33 was the only bright spot and they also struggled not being able to use Mohsin Khan in the back end after he was replaced due to a concussion injury.

Srinidhi Ramanujam will be back with the chase soon.

Raghuvanshi: Red soil, bit like Bombay, good bounce on it. Sunny is in the form of his life so my job was to knock it over and give the strike to him. So good watching him. (Target in mind in the middle) No it was just about keeping the momentum going because we knew we had some big names finishing the game. Absolutely no dew. Records are meant to be broken but we have an experienced bowling set up so we think we will win."

Yash Thakur to Ramandeep Singh, SIX, Ramandeep finishes on 25 in 6 balls! Shin-high full toss on middle, and Ramandeep absolutely clatters that over deep midwicket. Beautiful sound off the bat as the ball goes into orbit. KKR finish on 235 for 6

Yash Thakur to Ramandeep Singh, FOUR, short ball, pace off, but with some width too. Ramandeep waits on it and simply helps the ball over short third, toying with the field after spotting Thakur's plan

Yash Thakur to SS Iyer, OUT, KL with a stunning catch! Slower ball bouncer on middle and leg. Iyer attempts the pull behind square but ends up gloving it. Rahul dives to his left, at full stretch with his left-hand sticking out, and the ball stays glued! Thakur folds his hands in admiration of Rahul. Rubbish line but great result.
