5:46pm Lancashire and Hampshire take on one another in the final of the T20 Blast in an hour from now. Andrew Miller will be on hotseat soon. Hope to catch you around with us for that. For now, that's all from me, Sudarshanan, and Ekanth! Thanks for joining us!
Tom Prest, player of the match: "Gone well the last couple of games. Good to get the win after last year's disappointment. Just play with freedom. Obviously Vince moved up and batted well with McDermott and momentum worked. Can't wait for the finals, that's what dreams are made of. Hopefully we can go there and win it."
James Vince, Hampshire captain: "After ten overs we set out to get 200 but it became a bit harder to score. The toss is not the be all, end all but we saw 200 get chased down. A few question whether we should bat first but we did well."
Tom Abell, Somerset captain: "I thought they got 10-15 more than we would have liked. But we were confident and have chased very well throughout. With their innings in mind, it was important to have partnerships. Very proud of the team. We had a great group stage and performed well in quarters but that counts very little."
5:37pm A reversal of last year's semi-final result! Somerset will have to return empty-handed after the run they have had. Their batting failed when it mattered, sadly. Lancashire, earlier today, showed the way to chase a tall total and the key was to have a quick start for one of the top-order batters. But Smeed and Banton both fell rather early and it was not to be the Rossouw show today. Ellis' change of pace and mixing of lengths helped Hampshire make 190 seem much, much more. And not to forget the wily spin bowling from Dawson, too. A complete performance from Hampshire to avenge last year's loss.

Afeef: "Well, it is curtains for Somerset. But they have had an excellent season. Rilee Rossouw in particular was phenomenal. 2nd highest run scorer, 2nd highest strike rate (min 100 runs), most sixes, most fifty plus scores."

How well have Hampshire bowled. At the halfway mark it felt as if 190 was a tad below part, but nope!
LP Goldsworthy b Wood 2 (2m 3b 0x4 0x6) SR: 66.66
41 from 10 should be a bit too much for Goldsworthy
