Pakistan's target, by the way, is 324 in 48 overs. The rain seems to have stopped, and Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag, who are doing an interview at the ground, have dropped their umbrellas.

Till Pakistan begin their chase, you can head over to our sister site to read all about the biggest non-cricket story - Real Madrid winning their twelfth Champions League title. Plenty of stories, videos and stats over at ESPN.in

Anyway, Deiva will bring you the start of Pakistan's innings. Let's hope we have a rousing chase and a close finish. Back soon!

Yuvraj Singh: Delivering in a big game, lucky, got dropped, but capitalised in the end. The partnership between Rohit and Shikhar allowed us to bat deep. I think it's a very good batting wicket. Because of the rain interruptions, you have to give yourself time. Hopefully we can get some wickets with the new ball."

Irfan: "I hope this finally opens the eye for Pakistan. Wahab is another Mohammad Sami who never delivered, was always expensive, didn't pick wickets but was the go-to bowler just for pace. Between these two, they have lost countless matches for Pakistan - in particular the big games."

Snehil: "In the warm-up match against Bangladesh Hardik finished the first innings with a six and the second innings with a wicket. Also he played numerous vital cameos during the IPL. That last over power hitting is exactly what India was missing.I know that Hardik Pandya has got to go a long way, but till now with whatever we have witnessed he can go on to become India's Ben Stokes if properly groomed. I have a gut feeling that he will play a pivotal role in India's 2019 World cup campaign."

3.31pm The players run off in the rain. Hopefully it'll stop soon and Pakistan can begin their chase on time. India finish with 319 - they scored 23 off the last over, and 72 in the last four for the loss of Yuvraj. A sensational finish, with Pakistan hampered by injury to Mohammad Amir. Wahab Riaz went off the field with one ball left to bowl as well.

Pakistan's bowling effort disintegrated towards the end, and they'll be disappointed especially because they seemed to have pulled things back a bit after that big opening stand. They'll also be disappointed that they dropped both Yuvraj and Kohli. They went on to add a further 83 runs between them, off just 38 balls.

Imad Wasim to Kohli, FOUR, tossed up wide of off stump, a hit-me ball, and Kohli ends the innings with a boundary, driving in the air, into the gap between sweeper cover and long-off
47.5
1
Imad Wasim to Pandya, 1 run, full on off stump, flat-batted in the air, on the bounce, to long-off

3.30pm Rain. It's hammering down now, all of a sudden.

47.4

Imad Wasim to Pandya, no run, looks to slog-sweep again, and Imad denies him with one that's slowed down just enough. Swings too early, and misses. Ball hits high, over his back thigh and on his stomach. He was down on one knee, though. Pakistan have reviewed the not-out decision... Pitching on middle, straightening, and projected to tickle the bails. Umpire's call
47.3
6
Imad Wasim to Pandya, SIX, three in a row! This one's pulled back slightly, and he's bowled it slower, on off stump. Hardik uses that extra time to step across, go down on one knee, and slog-sweep over deep midwicket
47.2
6
Imad Wasim to Pandya, SIX, full again, but not full enough to deny elevation. Wider this time, and Hardik launches this over wide long-off, a more flat-batted hit on this occasion
47.1
6
Imad Wasim to Pandya, SIX, Hardik starts it with a six. Full on off stump, he's cleared his front leg and launched it high over long-off

Imad to bowl the last over.

Benny: "Since CWC 2015, Wahab has taken 25 wickets @47.08 in 25 innings. Before this period he took 77 wickets @30.20 in 53 innings"

Hasan Ali to Kohli, no run, leg-stump yorker, well bowled. Can't do much but dig it out, back towards the bowler
46.5
6
Hasan Ali to Kohli, SIX, full again, wider this time, and Kohli has smashed that. It's a brilliant shot, bringing his bottom hand to play to slice underneath the ball and lift it over cover. Wow
46.4
4
Hasan Ali to Kohli, FOUR, misses the yorker, ends up bowling a half-volley outside off, and Kohli pummels a punchy drive to the extra-cover boundary
46.3
1
Hasan Ali to Pandya, 1 run, yorker close to off stump, jabbed away towards backward point

Hardik Pandya is in now, ahead of Dhoni and Jadhav.

Zuhaib Qureshi: "Even Indian supporters will be thinking why was Wahab given an over. Imaad, Shoaib or Hafeez would have been a better option."

Usama: "You drop Kohli, he scores 21 off the next 6 deleveries he faces....that was the match for Pak, they could have tried chasing 290 but 320 is an uthopy"

Hasan Ali to Yuvraj Singh, OUT, big appeal for lbw, Marais Erasmus isn't interested. Sarfraz asks for a review. Full, a near-yorker close to leg stump. Yuvraj looks to flick, misses, and the ball hits his foot. Did that pitch outside leg, though? No bat on it, I think. HotSpot suggests the toe of the bat hit the ground. Big distance between bat and ball. What says ball-tracking? Pitching just in line, and once we've established that, Yuvraj will have to walk back. That's crashing into middle stump, fairly low

Yuvraj Singh lbw b Hasan Ali 53 (49m 32b 8x4 1x6) SR: 165.62

Hasan Ali to Yuvraj Singh, no run, full outside off, not quite a wide yorker but close enough, driven hard to short extra

Imad Wasim to Kohli, no run, fired in flat and wide of off stump, the left-arm spinner's wide yorker. Virat leaves it, and looks at the umpire expectantly, but he doesn't signal wide

Imad Wasim to bowl the last ball.

Now Wahab's sat down and feeling his leg - is he injured too? One more ball to go in this over... He's taken his right shoe off. Looks like he landed awkwardly on that foot in his follow-through. He goes off the field now. Wow.

While we wait to see what the issue is, here's a sobering stat: Wahab Riaz has now conceded more than 80 runs four times in ODIs, the second-most of all-time, behind Lasith Malinga's seven.

45.5
1
Wahab Riaz to Yuvraj Singh, 1 run, makes room now and Wahab bangs it in short outside off. Doesn't time the uppercut too well, loops up and lands a fair distance in front of third man
45.4
4
Wahab Riaz to Yuvraj Singh, FOUR, ah, well. He's hit some astounding shots off the middle of that bat, and now he gets to fifty with a boundary off the edge. Bouncer, and his top-edged hook flies to the boundary to the right of the keeper
45.3
1
Wahab Riaz to Kohli, 1 run, back of a length outside off, dabs it away to third man
45.2
6
Wahab Riaz to Kohli, SIX, that Amir injury is really hurting Pakistan here. Length ball on middle stump, and he just clears his front leg and shovels it with a straight bat over wide long-on
