12.35pm: India will be happy with that, you'd think. They will need 190 to win the Under-19 World Cup for a fifth time. England were propped up by a 93-run stand for the eighth wicket, with James Rew's hard-bitten 95 the centre piece of an underpowered effort. From the depths of 47 for 5 and 91 for 7, they might have struggled to post 120, but India made sure things never got away from them, Raj Bawa and Ravi Kumar sharing nine wickets. Right, time for a bit of a break, before PDP is back for the start of the chase

This is from Sampath: Raj Bawa's 5-31 are the best bowling figures in U19 World Cup finals. Anwar Ali's 5-35 against India in 2006 were the previous best.

Time for a quick word with Rew: "Obviously it's a shame [not to get hundred] but I'm glad we managed to post a total, at least we've got something to defend. Tough to win from here but we've given ourselves a chance. [Sales partnership] Had to bat for as long as possible, take the innings deep. Looked to rotate and take low-risk options. [Defending] Have to maximise dot balls, not go searching. Bowlers have been excellent. Put pressure on and take a few catches."

Bawa to Boyden, OUT, and England won't be getting 200! Five for Bawa as Boyden edges behind! Bawa-hahahaha. England have been rissoled, all out for 189 in the 45th over. Decent ball to complete the five-for, pitched up in the channel and Boyden nicks off on the drive

"So far no team scored past 200 against India this World Cup," notes Arun prakash. "Good chance for this record to stay intact"

A great knock from Rew, nevertheless. Thomas Aspinwall is the new batter. Can England squeeze up past 200?

Ravi Kumar to Rew, OUT, pulled to deep square leg... and held on the juggle! Rew falls five short of a battling hundred. Kaushal so nearly spilled it, the ball popping out a full yard or two as he fumbled the catch, but he flung himself forward and held the rebound one-handed! Kumar roars in celebration, he's broken a 93-run stand and denied Rew his moment

Ostwal to Sales, no run, whips off the bails, India like it... did Sales drag his back foot out of his ground? It's incredibly tight, an immaculate bit of glovework from Bana. Sales wasn't slow in shoving his toe back over the line. Was it out of contact with the ground...? Not out, decides the third umpire, Rashid Riaz! Bana doesn't look overly impressed, but Sales survives
