2.50pm Right, that seems to have done the trick. Covers off, Pakistan in a huddle, play is imminent. Hurrah!

2.42pm Welcome back. Pakistan dug in with resolve after a catastrophic start, but will Sarfraz Ahmed's century be enough to level the series? Over to the bowlers... or not, as it happens, because we appear to have a brief rain delay... just the hover-cover at this stage. Hopefully we'll be back on shortly.

Omer: "Pakistan has managed to give a lesson to themselves that if you keep scoreboard ticking, you can recover from worst positions even. Also it relieves the pressure. And Sarfraz was the architect for this. He played a Virat like innings" Gosh, does praise get any higher?

Pakistan have managed to get themselves 251 which is a decent recovery from 2 for 3. A wonderful century from Sarfraz Ahmed and a very handy career-best from Imad Wasim. England's bowling, especially Wood and Woakes, was impressive but some of the ground fielding a little sloppy. Pakistan have Yasir in their attack today, so could be an interesting afternoon on a dry pitch. We'll be back in half an hour at 2.45pm for the chase. Here are some pics of the match. Hopefully we'll have that catch added to the mix shortly

Woakes to Mohammad Amir, OUT, gets the yorker in this time, and there's a run out to end the innings...Woakes fielded off his own bowling, Imad had already set off to try and get the strike back. Woakes was about to hurl at the striker's end before realising he could walk up to the non-striker's stumps and take the bails off

Mohammad Amir run out 6 (7m 5b 1x4 0x6) SR: 120.00

Woakes to Mohammad Amir, 1 wide, this comes out a little wrong, another slower ball, wide outside off stump

Woakes to Mohammad Amir, FOUR, he's connected just well enough to clear mid-off with this drive, beats a leaping Moeen Ali, and brings up Pakistan's 250
