5.35pm The chase is coming up soon. Sit back, relax, and stay tuned for VIshal's stint. Maybe check out his review of the first week of the tournament too.

Nandhana: "Its a good thing to see that either of them - Kappie or Shabnim - always step up to shoulder the team... Love this fiery duo."

Paul: "I want what everyone is having in this chatroom. First someone suggests that Pak can win the WC and now that SA will be finalists. Both are almost certain to end up in bottom half of table"

Snethemba : "So who's happier with that total?" Both teams and maybe Vishal too as he comes in with a potentially big start from South Africa

Dave Fern: "Not an amazing total, but much better than I had envisaged given the slow run rate early on. 16 off the last two overs has boosted things a bit. It's a must-win for England - let's hope the bowling and fielding are sharp. Pakistan/Bangladesh match looking like an exciting finish - could still go either way." Could've just posted this as a summary. Better late than never.

Graham: "@Aslam, you slept too long, we can fill in the details for you.... get a cup of coffee first :)"

Both teams will be relatively happy, which is how happiness should be advertised for pragmatic purposes. The pitch has looked good. If we were to go just by pitch and conditions, South Africa should have to ease through their first chase in the tournament. England have no shortage for motivation as a semi-final spot looms large. Their two spinners, Sophie Ecclestone and Charlie Dean can have a big impact. Their quicks will be eyeing a good performance too. South Africa's approach at the top is one that's worth looking forward to. So is the Bangladesh v Pakistan game. Head over there for a tight finish.

Marizanne Kapp, 10-1-45-5: It's been like I've been playing and bowling forever (laughs) but happy to get the fifer today. I feel bad for getting five wickets because I thought Masabata Klaas was our best bowler, so proud of her. I think this is the first time she's got games in a row, very happy for her. We will settle for 235 despite the possibility of the pitch slowing down. I'll back the batters despite the potential spin.

5:19 pm: England lost wickets up-top with dismissals soft and freaky. Beaumont held the innings together with Amy Jones. Kapp picked wickets, in fact her 5 for 45 are the best figures by a South African in ODI World Cups. Let's hear from her.

Aslam: "Just woke up in SA. Is Shabnim injured as she only bowled 5 overs? Also poor captaincy to let Masabata not bowl the full quota of 10 overs from looking at her figures. " Her left big toe is injured. In fairness, the other bowlers have been okay

Khaka to Dean, no run, Full ball would've gone down leg but Dean unwittingly let it hit the bezel of her left pad. "No worries", she tells herself

Graham: "Kapp is surely the pick of the crop tonight as far as the bowling attack is concerned ...a 6th wicket for her will be an awesome bonus!"

Khaka to Dean, FOUR, Goes across and paddles a low full toss on the stumps and beats short fine-leg on the left. Much needed boundary
