3.33pm It's 164, a score Netherlands will be happy with in this heat and on this pitch. It's not a batting track exactly, which many expect in Abu Dhabi, and even in this heat Max O'Dowd batted till the last over, struck his second straight half-century and chaperoned a scratchy Ackermann before Edwards scored a vital 21 off 11 in the end. Lots of slower balls from Namibia, especially in the death overs, but their fielding was a bit sloppy or they could have been chasing a slightly smaller target. Netherlands have lifted their batting today, can Namibia do it as well? PDP will be with you soon to find out.
Colin Ackermann: Pretty good score, Max had a good start and not losing too many wickets in the powerplay was good for us. Max batted extremely well, he's an anchor. Everyone can bat around him and rotate the strike, Edwards batted extremely well to get us a good score. We had no specific plans against the spinners, Namibia bowled well in the beginning. It's difficult to accelerate on this pitch especially on the longer side and when there's not much pace on the ball.
Hein: "And that should be too much for Namibia... (I am a Namibian)"
Rounak Poddar: "Nice little cameo there in the end by Edwards. Could be the turning point."
