5.15pm Ireland started their innings with a bang, but ended with a whimper. "I don't think I bowled well, but it was wet and greasy. I was a bit flat and Liam Livingstone did really well," Mark Wood says. "Big stadium and quite empty and we didn't have the intensity. I still don't feel I hit good speeds and bowled well." Having said that, Wood did bowl an explosive spell, regularly hitting speeds north of 150kph. He and Livingstone shared six wickets between them to restrict Ireland to 157. Ekanth will be back with you for England's chase. Take care and cheers
Salari: "Poor batting from Ireland. From 102 for 1 in 12 overs to 157 all out"

Tayyab: "Ireland falling apart having made 97 in the first 10 with just 1 wicket down. They will be kicking themselves having lost two middle order batters to Livingstone, nevertheless a masterstroke by buttler to bring him on when the premier bowlers were getting bashed."
