10.10pm: Right, that's all we have from the T20 World Cup for you today. Group B is nicely set-up now, with three teams - Oman, Scotland and Bangladesh - facing must-win matches in the final round. On behalf of Sid Monga and Raghav, this is Saurabh Somani saying good night.

Mahmudullah: We'll take this win, but I think there are a lot of areas we need to improve. I hope everyone is happy. Thanks to the crowd that came in, they expect us to win. Delivering a win for them, for the country is the most important thing. Shakib and Naim batted brilliantly, they had a good partnerships and that took us to 150-plus. But we should have done better with the new ball, bowled a lot of wides. We need to see those areas and correct them. I think our death bowling was going well. In the middle part we brought the game back. But the first six overs - batting and bowling - we need to improve.

Zeeshan Maqsood: It was quite a chasable target, the way our opening stand went and we batted in the middle. But the last five-six overs didn't go so well, we lost a lot of wickets. Credit goes to the bowlers. We were in the game 15-16 overs, we needed 50-odd runs in 36 balls, it's not a big margin. (playing in front of home crowds) There is no pressure, it's a boost. Sorry to the people, we couldn't make them happy, but it's cricket, it's a sport so we'll come back and fight back and make them happy. We have to see where we went wrong, come back and crack that. It's just another game.

Sukrit Gupta: "With this victory margin, BD's NRR is quite close to that of the Scotland and if they defeat PNG, it will basically turn into a must win contest for both Scotland and Oman. Even Scotland can't most probably afford a defeat now if Bangladesh win their last game"

Shakib Al Hasan is the Player of the Match: Obviously it (loss to Scotland) hurt the whole team because we were not expecting it. It was pretty tough (the team talk). Obviously the Scotland low was hurting us. Oman played really good cricket but we held our nerve. Experience played a role. Oman were in the game for 15 overs, so credit to them. They are playing with a lot of heart, I wish them best of luck for their future games. I think this win will settle our nerves. We have another game which we have to win and we have to see what happens in the game between Oman and Scotland.

9.57pm: Bangladesh keep their T20 World Cup alive with a win, a fairly comprehensive one in the end by 27 runs. But it didn't start out that way. Oman had their moments in the match, but couldnt seize them fully. They showed great spirit though, and for three quarters of the match, were running neck and neck with Bangladesh. In the end, too much hinged on Jatinder, and as soon as he fell, Oman faded. Bangladesh's bowlers did well to keep the pressure on and stifle an inexperienced line-up. Fizz and Shakib were among the wickets, but Saifuddin and Mahedi were equally good with their economy rates.

Mustafizur Rahman to Mohammad Nadeem, no run, low full toss on the stumps, pushed to extra cover and that's that.

Mustafizur Rahman to Mohammad Nadeem, SIX, that's cleared fine leg. Eyes off the ball as he went to pull a short ball on leg stump, got enough bat on it to have it carry all the way

Mustafizur Rahman to Mohammad Nadeem, no run, beaten outside off again, looking to drive a full ball

Mustafizur Rahman to Mohammad Nadeem, 1 wide, that's been given a wide, though it was within the tramlines outside off. He looked to reverse hit it, but the ball was too far away. Harsh to call that a wide

Shihab Shahriar: "Even as a Bangla fan, heart breaks for Oman. We have been on the other end of this so many times. Also, as someone living in Canada now, I know how hard these players have to work even form a team, let alone play in world competitions.Hats off friends. Good luck on the journey. May be a triangular T20 series with AFG and OMA in Dhaka?"
