Scorer: K Vairavan | Commentator: Andrew Miller

6.42pm So that's a wrap for the match after the match that everyone's talking about. Scotland have secured a very significant victory, their first in T20Is against Namibia, and it's put qualification for the next round firmly in their hands for now. I daresay they wouldn't mind Australia doing them a favour against England on Saturday either... from Miller, Vish and Vairavan, good night!

Gerhard Erasmus: "It's a big rivalry and 150 on the board at a World Cup, we let that one slip. We weren't up to scratch with the ball or in the field today. Sweeter to score runs in a win, hopefully we'll regroup and come back stronger. We'll give it our best shot every game, four more points to come."

Matt Cross: "Berrington has a bit of cramp, but he'll be alright. An important win, we've given ourselves a chance to go through with two more big games to come. Currie's archer celebration, I can't say I'm a fan of it! Good to be out there and get the job done. Leasky can talk and we'll hear about his sixes later. Incredible striking. We have to turn up in a couple of days time, have to give ourselves a chance by winning against Oman then it's all guns blazing for Australia."

The Player of the Match is Michael Leask: "That means a lot, we've repaid the faith of the people that have come to watch. Last time they had us three-down in the first over, so this feels special. Two more big games to go. My role is simple, hit the ball hard, find gaps, if it's in the slot, hit it out of the ground. It came off. Put them under pressure, run hard..."

6.26pm Well, it was touch and go for a time, but after a ponderous first ten overs, Scotland turned up the heat through the back nine, with Michael Leask's 35 from 17 applying the humpty before the captain Richie Berrington brought them home with 47 not out from 35. Namibia's spinners applied a tourniquet through the middle with 3 for 49 in eight overs, but Ruben Trumpelmann's off-day came at a bad time for his side. David Wiese's first two overs for 3 couldn't be matched by his next nine balls, which sailed for 27.

Wiese to Berrington, SIX, Berrington seals it in style! A muscular bosh across the line, seizing the width and pumping it hard and flat over wide long-on. Scotland march to the top of Group B!

Wiese to Greaves, 1 run, leg-sided, a very delicate flick and the keeper does well. That was four all the way

Trumpelmann to Greaves, 1 run, round the wicket, pace off on the yorker, clipped uppishly to the leg side. Scotland need only to hold their nerve now

Mr Matt: "121 metres? really?" That's what I heard on the TV comms... I may have been mistaken! Apparently it was 101... big either way

Trumpelmann to Leask, OUT, holed out to long-on! Leask climbed into another mighty wipe down the ground, but this time the pace off, allied to a touch of width, leaves him reaching a touch too much. Wiese stoops low to gather, and ends a game-breaking knock

Trumpelmann to Berrington, 1 run, steps into the length, lumped back over the bowler's head, without much timing, but the placement is good enough for the single
