Former Tallawahs coach Paul Nixon was a big fan of Oshane Thomas' potential. Didn't get many opportunities last year stuck behind Kesrick Williams and Mohammad Sami but the 21-year-old showed his impressive pace tonight getting 3 wickets, beginning with the hexed Warner and then coming back later with Sammy & McClenaghan late in the innings to dim Stars' momentum. Stars made two 170 totals last year v Tallawahs and couldn't win. They've used 7-8 bowlers each game so far and are playing an extra specialist bowler tonight in McCoy. Will take something special to stop the Stars winless streak at 13, especially knowing that Tallawahs just completed the highest ever CPL chase against the defending CPL champion Knight Riders.
