Deiva's coming in for the chase for hopefully another whirlwind of a chase, stay tuned.

Sowmya : "Remember DreRuss taking Bravo out at Chennai v CSK with some clean hitting. Holder's whirlwind is very similar but for the fact that DreRuss got a few overs, Holder didn't! "

Darklord32: "Pollard's captaincy does not make any sense. Common, you have a specialist bowler in Pierre and you still bowl others who were being punished." It was because he's a left armer and the batters were left handed. The match-up was unfavourable but does that call for him not being used at all? That's the debate.

Afeef : "It's going to be fun watching TKR's power packed batting line-up try to chase this down"

Mayers was stunning again in the powerplay. He took on everyone, including Narine. But the rain break after 4 or so overs cut off momentum. Russell got Mayers. As QDK said, Pollard looked to make batters hit the long boundaries and the lack of pace helped keep the scoring rate low for a bit in the middle overs. Narine helped the skipper in that cause. But then, Miller got going, Azam assisted him. Holder added finishing touches and Royals end up with a good score.

12:12pm: Royals were pushing 200 a couple overs ago, it looked to be off but the ten runs off the last two helped them set up a target of 195. QDK says it's a good total but is aware that TKR can chase it down. Says it's a good surface and that the bowlers have to be smart.

Russell to Bosch, 1 run, OUT, Full and slow on leg, clipped to midwicket. They go for the risky second, throw's at the non-striker's end. Russell rebound it off his palms back onto the stumps and it's sent to the third umpire. Replays show Azam's just short. Russell was unhappy and walked back but it looks like not going with ball in the hands was the better option.
