9:45pm A superb counter-attacking 62 by Imad has taken the Tallawahs up to 154, which might not seem a massive total but gives them something to bowl at. While Imad was brilliant in the way he took down the bowlers, the other batters seemed to lack ideas, getting stuck against the Knight Riders' spinners. Blackwood huffed and puffed his way to 29 (off 35), with Jangoo also struggling his way to 13. That sluggish start meant that by the time Imad arrived, the Tallawahs were already playing catch-up.

As for the Knight Riders, they will be happy with what they have to chase. Narine picked up two crucial wickets. Ali Khan also popped up with a three-wicket haul, while Hosein and Carmichael accounted for a batter each. The pitch has definitely eased up and dew could be a factor in the second innings, meaning that at the break, the Knight Riders might be the happier bunch. Join us in a bit for the run-chase!

The ball trickles off the pads towards short third man and the batters complete a single. The question here is whether the ball struck him in line and of course, whether Reifer hit it. No bat involved but as expected, the impact was outside the line of off stump!
