That's all from us on ESPNcricinfo. The Women's CPL final will get underway very soon. And see you in four more hours for the next CPL game in the evening. Bye bye!
We should have the presentation soon.
Mayers, the POTM: "Batting wise, I expressed myself in the powerplay. I did what I'm capable of. With the ball, I am used to opening the bowling. Just used the conditions to my advantage. The Kings came back strong, we were worried a bit, Faf and Alzarri are strong batters. Very excited for the Royals women taking part in the Women's CPL final starting now. Looking forward to them doing well."
Winning captain Miller: "With 93 needed in 5, you expect to win but they put us under pressure. We did the hard work through the game. (Mayers bowling, any anxiety after 4 overs?) Wouldn't have been ideal but it is what it is. To be one over short would've hurt us more. We thought the pitch was going to be slow but it was better than that. It got slow later on, and we rebuilt well in the middle.
Losing captain du Plessis: "We were doing the rain dance there. We knew that they needed one over. Always expected DLS to be in favour of them because we lost those wickets up front. It is really early on in the tournament, so it is more about ironing out your mistakes. There were a few areas we made mistakes. Hopefully we can do better."
Tinura: "Yes it wasn't enough in the end, but from 10 for 4 in 4 overs to 91 for 4 in 9 overs, that was insane! 81 from last 5! "
4.28pm Four and a half hours after the scheduled start of the game we have a result. Kyle Mayers the hero today, smacking 36 with the bat early on and then breaking the St Lucia Kings' back with his four wickets in a two-over spell that went for only four runs, before the rain came in the second innings. The positive for Kings would be Faf's unbeaten 47 in 20 balls and Mark Deyal's tidy spell in the first innings. Alzarri Joseph continues to show that he's more than just a fast bowler.
Six or bust now.
20 off 4.
Final over. Plenty of sixes needed for Kings. Bosch will bowl the final over. Faf knows him quite well
