When long-off was wide, she hit straight. When mid-off was in, she went over the top. When there were two point fielders, she opened the bat face to carve it into the gap. When the bowlers drifted the ball in, she made room to get inside the line and play inside-out to chip. If the bowlers bowled short, she walked across to sweep. What an exhibition of batsmanship from Javeria Khan, who has made the highest score by a Pakistani woman in a T20I to give them an excellent chance of getting onto the points table tonight in Guyana. All this from a shaky 29 for 1 in eight overs. The last 10 overs have fetched 110. Incredible stuff.

O'Reilly to Bismah Maroof, OUT, scooped straight to short fine and Ireland finish with two in two, but raise a toast for Javeria Khan. What a knock she has played to put Pakistan in pole position.

O'Reilly to Aliya Riaz, OUT, hit straight to the fielder at the edge of the ring at cover, as far as catches go, you can't ask for an easier one than that.

O'Reilly to Nida Dar, OUT, full toss, looks to back away and belt over cover but misses. In doing so, she is also overbalanced as the back foot drags out. Keeper does well to collect the ball and break the bails. Straightforward decision.

O'Reilly to Javeria Khan, FOUR, there's point, there's short third man, but no problem, she still bisects both fielders by making room and carving this full delivery into the gap. Got into an excellent position, and then opened the bat face ever-so-slightly. This is top class batting.

O'Reilly to Nida Dar, FOUR, runs continue to bleed. This is poor bowling, equally excellent batting. Length on off, friendly pace, so this was sitting up nicely for Dar to give it a whack over the bowler's head. Easy
