So on what seems to be a sluggish track, Bangladesh kept wickets in hand, but were desperately short of big-hitting. They needed many more than the eight boundaries (seven fours and a six) that they hit. To be fair, Nigar Sultana was looking for some big hits, but just could not find the timing. Still feel they could have gone much harder, though.
South Africa will be pleased with their work. They will want to knock these off as fast as they can, so that even if three teams ended up on six points on the table, their Net Run Rate will see them through to the semis.
JOHN GLOVER: "Sultana obviously has no confidence in the batters below her as otherwise she would have attacked sooner. Shame because more attack earlier could have produced an interesting total - as it is SA will pick this off easily. Almost has the taste of not wanting to get beaten by too many rather than try and win although perhaps I am being harsh as they are playing a better side "
Sudarshanan will be back to take you through the next 10.
